Higgs & Sons has further strengthened its award-winning team with two new appointments.
David Bayliss and Johnathan Hunter join the corporate department at the firm's Brierley Hill headquarters.

David Bayliss joins from Harrison Clark Rickerbys in Worcester where, as a partner, he built up a reputation in the security and defence sector and also advised automotive, outsourcing and manufacturing clients.
His experience includes sensitive contract negotiation, intellectual property protection and advising on a multi-million dollar international asset sale.
Commenting on his appointment, David said: "I am delighted to be joining Higgs and returning to my Black County roots after gaining valuable experience in the Commercial team of Harrison Clark Rickerbys in Worcester."
Johnathan Hunter qualified as a solicitor in 2014 and joins Higgs & Son from HCB Solicitors where he works on corporate and commercial reorganisation work within the owner managed business sector. He also established a niche in sports law.
Johnathan said: "I am thrilled to be joining a firm of the calibre of Higgs, a firm which shares my philosophy in working with clients, understanding them and their businesses, in order to provide ongoing practical assistance, specifically tailored to best meet their needs."
